The editable properties of a work location can be changed with the Work Location Properties dialog box. These properties include:

• Changing the Labor Difficulty Factor
• Changing the Linear Allowance
• Changing Lengths of Work Spans
• Adding Descriptions of Work Locations
• Adding Work Request Names to Work Locations

The Work Location Properties dialog box is accessed by right-clicking a work location listed in the Design Workspace and then choosing the Properties command from the shortcut menu.

Two of these properties, Quantity/Length (for work spans) and Description, can also be edited directly in the Design Workspace. Clicking a value in the Description or Quantity columns activates the grid cell so you can type a new value. Changes in the Design Workspace result in updates to the Work Location Properties dialog box.
